    Description

    You are bidding on a
    DUG BUT IT IS DISERNIBLE,
    EXTREMELY RARE AND UNLISTED
(COULD NOT FIND LISTED IN MY COPY OF NM TOKEN CATALOG) BUT SHOWN ON TOKEN WEBSITE UNITED STATES MILITARY USED DURING THE "PANCHO VILLA BORDER CONFLICT"
"good for" trade tokens once used as "(
    GOOD FOR) 5
" by a United States Army military unit, and token says "
    F. H. NO. 3 (original owner said stands for FIELD HOSPITAL NUMBER 3
    " at the
old historic site of COLUMBUS / CAMP FURLONG, NEW MEXICO....on the US / Mexico border
THIS TOKEN IS ACTUALLY PICTURED ON THE TOKEN WEBSITE......AND IT SHOWS COLUMBUS AND FORT BLISS TEXAS...BUT I DO KNOW 100% THAT THIS WAS DUG IN COLUMBUS NM..SO THAT IS DEFINITELY WHERE IT WAS USED, LOST AND RECOVERED
THIS IS A DUG SPECIMEN, FULLY READABLE FOUND AT COLUMBUS MANY YEARS AGO....IT HAS A CRACK BUT IS COMPLETE, UNI-FACIAL STYLE, AND THE ORIGINAL OWNER SAID USED AT CAMP FURLONG / COLUMBUS SITE, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN USED DURING THE PANCHO VILLA BORDER WAR CONFLICT IN THE WWI ERA
The original owner, SAID "DEFINITELY USED AT CAMP FURLONG" AT A FIELD HOSPITAL....THIS TOKEN IS NOT LISTED....BUT WAS FOUND YEARS AGO BY TREASURE HUNTERS IN COLUMBUS....
The old site of Columbus / Camp furlong  is located in Luna County New Mexico....I think it is almost a living ghost town today...right on the mexico border, south of Deming NM
Token is brass, square, about 21mm in diameter, dug with a crack in one corner but complete, but fully discernible (see gallery)
These old US Military tokens are extremely collectible today...especially tokens used at a Field Hospital operating at a historic border war Pancho Villa camp
SUPER RARE UNLISTED ANTIQUE 1916-1917 ERA U.S. MILITARY ISSUED
trade token once used at a temporary
    F. H. NO. 3 (FIELD HOSPITAL NUMBER 3)
