Description
1933 Dr. West's Tooth Paste Original Print Ad - Saturday Evening Post Cover on Rear Reverse SideOriginal Dr. West's Tooth Paste Magazine Print Ad from 1933.
When I removed the print ad from the fame to shine the frame, I found the reverse side of the ad to be the original Saturday Evening Post Magazine cover from August 1933.
The ad bottom reads 1933 W. B. M. Company and the address of the coupon reads The Western Company, Merchandise Mart, Chicago.
The ad can be removed from the frame and placed in another frame.
Frame size is 16 inches by 12 inches.
There is a black boarder around the ad and the portion of the ad that can be seen through the boarder is 12 inches by 9 1/2 inches. The boarder can be removed.
The reverse side with the Saturday Evening Post cover was found taped to the rear of the boarder. The tape may be able to be taken off, but I did not try. There is also an address label on the cover. Please see the last picture.
The Dr. West's print ad is in very good condition for a 1933 magazine ad.
The framed ad is packaged thoroughly with bubble wrap, so the glass in the frame will not crack. The box with the wrapped frame weighs 4 pounds and will be shipped by priority mail.
