    Description

    Very HISTORIC F D R booklet from March 7, 1936! This item is an announcement for a dinner dance at the Taft Hotel in New Haven Connecticut.  It has a color picture on the front cover of Franklin D. Roosevelt. There is a repaired tear in the upper left corner of Roosevelts picture. It shouldn't effect the history behind this beautiful item. It's for a fund raiser for the Works Progress Administration (WPA) for Connecticut.  Size of booklet is 7" x 5 1/2"  Very collectible.
